Trishae Cole

Trishae Cole grew up in Sunny Southern California and has always had a passion for the advancement of her community. While attending undergrad at California State University of Fullerton, she joined Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and also launched a yearly Black Consciousness Conference for over 350 underprivileged youth.

Trishae currently works at Disney as Manager, Sensitive Information Protection in support of Parks, Experiences, Consumer Products, and Imagineering. She is also serving in a stretch assignment for the Walt Disney Company as Program Manager for the Global Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council.

She is responsible for policy management, workflow assessments, discovery and optimization and other related programs. She closely partners with Creative Studio, Creative Show, Technology, Imagineering, Legal, and Engineering project teams across Disney brands (i.e.: The Walt Disney Brand, Marvel, Lucas Film, Hulu, ABC, Disney Cruise lines, Pixar) to perform and maintain technical and creative workflows to support the needs of the business.

Trishae formerly worked at Warner Media where she managed Cyber Security, Security Architecture & Engineering, Incident Response and Governance Risk & Compliance projects for Warner Bros., Turner and HBO.

Lastly, Trishae has held various senior technical project management and program management positions, leading dev ops, front/back-end engineering, quality assurance, infrastructure/architecture, and application development teams.
