Dion Ridley

Dion is an Engineering Manager at Netflix. Dion has spent the last 20 years In tech growing and leading technical teams across the startup landscape. Prior to joining the team he led engineering at Harry’s, a global multi-channel grooming brand where his organization was responsible for growing the direct to consumer business, optimizing the supply chain and international expansion.

Over the years as an operator he has helped grow several tech companies to acquisition by companies like Dell and Sybase. He also currently serves as an advisor to several early stage companies where he focuses on mentoring leadership and helping guide technical and product direction.

Dion volunteers at several nonprofits that focus on diversity, inclusion and economic empowerment through tech literacy. As an advocate on this subject he often speaks at tech conferences and events on creating a more inclusive tech community.
