Richard Nellhaus

Rich is a Diversity Recruiting Manager at Facebook and the Black ERG (Employment Resource Group) Lead for their New York office. He has dedicated his life to influencing people of color through volunteering, networking, and Black ERG events. Richard is one of the Co-founders for the Black ERG Collective, a consortium of leaders at premier companies that propels the professional growth of its members and positively impacts the community.

Prior to joining Facebook, Richard was ranked amongst the top IT Account Managers at one of the nation’s largest talent management firms. He has a demonstrated track record of matching top-tier, qualified candidates to work for his clients. He prides himself on building deeply rooted relationships with clients and leveraging his vast network to provide multiple opportunities for his candidates.

Richard received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Florida International University. He was a member of Florida International University’s Men's Track and Field Team and President of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.”
